Don’t get lost

yet, please feel free to wander. Here’s some orientation how you – and I – make best use of this site.

It is a portfolio of my journeys through life, both professionally and in private – who can tell the difference when tourism is both your profession and passion.

In the travel section, I curated visits to exciting places, faces and events. With photography, I capture the small details of this wonderful world, categorized thematically or geographically. Every now and then, I am curious enough to dig deeper and research and develop solutions in the context of tourism. Sharing this experience either means teaching classes, moderating workshops or conducting trainings. More about this is compiled in the training category. Long back, I happily accepted the challenge to share my stories. Some of the texts you’ll find in the writing section have been published, some haven’t (yet). Without being involved in networking, life would be dull. There is no greater power than the power of many.

Yes, this site is packed, and believe me, it reflects only parts of what drives me. It’s a balance between the “too overwhelming for employers” that I once – or thrice – heard in a training about CV-writing and the “what do you actually do” question that is common in both business meetings and in conversations with my own mother.
